Potential reboots- Pros and Cons- Part One

Like I mentioned previously, I'm not working on any of these- these are just ideas that I have.

Potential Synopsis for Season 1 
Twenty years after the original film in 2015, Elma, Texas has grown from a small town to a bustling city, and the kids there have grown, too- away from soccer and their small-town roots and are slightly more spoiled then back in 1995 while the Austin Knights have won sixteen national titles. Can that change with the arrival into town of an eighth-grader and her family from Manchester, England? Will an Elma Soccer Academy develop or will the new arrivals head back across the pond? 

Pro- The option for a dynamic, constantly changing cast if the focus shifts to more of an academy-type format where people enter almost as constantly as they leave.
Con- It could be a bit of a challenge to film pre-pandemic-2015 group and soccer scenes in a time of COVID guidelines and precautions, but this can be avoided somewhat with a stretched-out pre-production process.

Potential Non-Arrowverse Crossover Idea

Borrowing from the 5th Wave movie, a really cool potential idea would be an hourlong special ( potentially from 9p Eastern to 10p Eastern one night? Maybe?) detailing the alien ship from that film passing over the various states in the U.S. This would be a BEHEMOTH ship, as the width would easily be the length from the Canada-Washington border to the very southern tip of California.  9p-9:20p- My idea would have it first move over Los Angeles ( 9-1-1 ) and Seattle ( Grey's Anatomy and Station 19 ) simultaneously.  9:20p-9:40p- Next, Texas would see it, which would bring 9-1-1: Lone Star into the mix.  And the final twenty minutes of the hour would see the Chicago trio (Fire, Med and P.D.) see the ship pass over Illinois.  I just had this idea last night and it might be super complicated but also super cool to pull off, as it would need the cooperation of seven different writers' rooms and also potentially three different TV networks (see below): 9p-9:20p: 9-1-1 ...

Dream-showrunning the Lightning Thief series- ten things I'd implement

1. I'd rename the series to "Half-Blood Chronicles" for a few reasons- it shows the demigod world as bigger then just how Percy sees it and it separates the series from the two (failed attempts at) movies. 2. Casting for main characters would be based on where the books say they're from, so no wide-range casting calls.  3. No screen test with Percy and Annabeth- in the books, they meet for the first time at Camp Half-Blood.   4. An actual, habitable Camp Half-Blood should be built at Long Island.  5. Any year-round campers (like Annabeth) should live on set before principal photography begins.  6. No blooper reels- anything the actors say or do when the cameras are rolling is included in the final take. This is what happens in real life. 7. Whoever's cast as Luke should have camp counselor experience. 8. Whoever's cast as Hestia should not only be eight, but should film her season five scenes during principal photography for season one. 9. Release dates of the...
