Potential Harry Potter TV Adaptation Cont'd- Question Marks from the Movies
One of the big upsides to a TV show format as opposed to a movie format is that TV shows don't have time constraints- they have as much time as they need to tell a story- or, in the case of a potential Harry Potter adaptation where each chapter is one episode- to expand on things mentioned in the books that the movies either left out or glossed over.
So these are some things that the series could explain, in other words)

The Potterverse
1. Why don't villains (big ones, I think, like Grindelwald or Voldemort) use the Unbreakable Vow with their followers? It's quite simple- if you break it, you die (and as the article explains, Voldemort already branded his followers with the Dark Mark).
2. If Azkaban prisoners give up their wands after being sentenced, how did Sirius and Bellatrix get theirs back? This seems like it was just done for plot purposes.
3. To paraphrase- if wizards have cars and radios, why do they still use quills to write with and owls to communicate with? Why do they not have cell phones or computers?
4. Why are their no real-life classes at Hogwarts? Do all wizarding kids just go through seven years at Hogwarts with the math, reading and writing skills they learned up to age eleven?

Multiple wands- this isn't a plot hole, despite what most people think. The basic crux of this is as follows- if using multiple wands is more effective for a particular spell, then why do more people not use them?
I'm going to say this once: It's the wand that chooses you and any other wands that you take from someone else by force or by disarming someone. You can't just pick up a random wand or two and use now three wands. This was evidenced when Ron gave Harry a blackthorn wand that he'd (Ron) taken from a Snatcher. The wand technically responded to Ron, not Harry, which is why Harry had such a hard time performing magic with it.
*Idea: Ollivander can explain this when Harry enters his shop for the first time.
There's also the inconsistency of the Trace and the Divination class in addition to a stunning lack of background checks for Hogwarts teachers- i.e. fraud Gilderoy Lockhart.
And there's also the question of whether the wizarding Prime Minister actually tried to contact other wizarding governments across Europe about Voldemort.

*A Remembrall tells you if you've forgotten something, but not what you've forgotten. Why?
*Why did Harry keep his invisibility cloak during Prisoner of Azkaban?
*Triwizard Tournament spectators- not for the first task, but the second (staring at a lake) and third (staring at a giant hedge). Where's the fun in the next two tasks?
*Why didn't Fred and George notice Peter Pettigrew (Scabbers) in Ron's bed?
-A few reasons I can figure
-They are two years ahead of Ron, which means he didn't appear on the map for two years
-They were more interested in (a) the secret entrances and (b) the people around only in relation to being able to use their secret entrances and exits- i.e. Filch in his office, Dumbledore in his office, and Snape in his study.
