State of the MCU- My theories
WandaVision Episode 9 didn't create a Thor: Ragnarok plot hole.
Why didn't Doctor Strange investigate Westview if he said he had a list of people who pose a threat to Earth?
1. Wanda didn't have a threatening motive when she created the sitcom illusion- she created it out of grief.
2. She was very quick to end the illusion when she recognized how she was affecting the other residents.
3. As Agatha Harkness claimed (and I'm paraphrasing), Wanda has the skillset but not the knowledge.
WandaVision will, however, tie into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, although I'm on the fence as to whether or not Wanda will be the villain in the story.
She was reading the Darkhold, or the Book of the Damned, in the post-credits scene. This could mean one of two things:
1. She's reading it to understand it (more on the hero side)
2. She's reading it to study it (more on the villain side)
My theory on Spider-Man: No Way Home is that Wanda's twins are in another dimension or universe and that Spider-Man will try to bring them back.
The WandaVision finale mid-credits scene sets up Captain Marvel 2 as a Skrull tells Monica Rambeau that "a friend of her mother's" wants to see her in space (well, she just pointed upwards but I got the gist). My guess is that the friend is Nick Fury.
