The State of the MCU

The events of WandaVision happened just weeks after Endgame. Wanda Maximoff, being unsuccessful in her bid to retrieve Vision's body, travelled to Westview, New Jersey and not only trapped the entire town in a sitcom but created an entirely new version of Vision.
Nosy neighbor Agnes revealed herself to be Agatha Harkness, who escaped death during the Salem Witch Trials in the sixteenth century but was largely unaccounted for until showing up in Westview. It's also unexplained how she was able to have a magical basement under her house in the middle of the Hex.
Monica Rambeau went through the Hex three times and on her third trip gained super powers, which I believe will come into play in Captain Marvel 2, in addition to the fact that she's heading to space anyway as she's most likely meeting Nick Fury. Also unexplained as of yet is why there's an apparent rift between Monica Rambeau and Carol Danvers.
WandaVision concluded with Wanda trapping Agatha back in her nosy-neighbor-Agnes persona and freeing Westview from her control. White Vision is also who-knows-where. Now, Wanda is someplace in a mountain cabin and has abilities which equate to Doctor-Strange-like powers, most notably astral projection. She's also reading the Darkhold, or the book of the damned, although I maintain that it's left ambiguous as to whether she's studying it or using it for research. Most of our questions will be answered as she's due to appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Also set to appear in th Doctor Strange sequel is Baron Mordo, who we last saw in 2016 re-paralyzing Jonathan Pangborn (the whole "too many sorcerers" exchange). Mordo might be a villain at this point, but no one knows.
A lot of things happened halfway through The Falcon and the Winter Soldier's six-episode run (six episodes as of yet, mind you- no one knows yet if a second season is in the cards). Sam Wilson gave Cap's shield to the Smithsonian, only for three-time Medal of Honor recipient John Walker to take up the mantle. We learned that Sam's sister was left to maintain their families Delacroix, Louisiana fishing-boat business for five years while Sam was gone (and, apparently, that Avengers didn't get paid).
We also learned that there are at least eight super-soldiers running around and that there was an African-American super-soldier named Isaiah Bradley. Sam's robotic drone Redwing was also destroyed, so he's going to be without that for some time.
The Flag Smashers are not only a formidable group but also, I believe, the super-soldiers (or most of them). The Power Broker isn't on their side, and there's a theory that the Power Broker is Sharon Carter, who after 2016's Civil War can't head back to the U.S.

Spider-Man: Far from Home was actually set after Falcon/Winter Soldier and ended on a fairly massive cliffhanger with Peter Parker's real identity revealed. No Way Home will most likely pick up this narrative thread, although plot details are scarce to come by at this point.

The fact that Far from Home is set after Falcon/Winter Soldier also explains why Sam and Bucky aren't sniping at each other about the fact that they were beaten in battle by a teenager- they don't yet know Spider-Man's real identity.

After Endgame, Thor headed off with the Guardians of the Galaxy who will reportedly feature in the Thor four-quel Love and Thunder, although (interestingly enough) only briefly- maybe their partnership is already over? Endgame also ended with Thor appointing Valkyrie queen of New Asgard.
